The BBC has made this new RE content to address a gap in teacher resource provision and respond to teachers’ feedback about the type of resources they need to deliver RE. The primary resources cover all of the major faiths groups in the UK, and introduce the audience to different religions through storytelling and explanation of their most important festivals, celebrations and events. The secondary commission is an A to Z of world religions and belief, covering subjects as diverse as religious clothing, extremism, the distribution of wealth and more philosophical themes.
